    Integrity Roofing Pros - Pippin Construction, LLC shall provide its services and meet its obligations in a timely and workmanlike manner, using knowledge and recommendations for performing the service. We meet generally acceptable standards in the homeowner’s community and region and will provide standard care equal to or superior to care used by contractor’s working on similar projects.


    Integrity Roofing Pros - Pippin Construction, LLC's warranty shall be limited to defects in workmanship within the scope of the work performed by Integrity Roofing that arise and become known within 5 years from the date installed. Integrity Roofing Pros - Pippin Construction, LLC agrees to repair any roofing leak under normally anticipated weather conditions. Ice damaging or hail is not a normally anticipated condition. Damages done to the roof system through no fault of Integrity Roofing Pros - Pippin Construction, LLC are not warranted by us. All said defects arising after 5 years and defects in materials are not warranted by Integrity Roofing. Integrity Roofing hereby assigns to homeowner all warranties on material as provided by the manufacturer of such materials.
